Free forever

Free Forever is our entry-level MyEva package. Within this package, employees will have access to a limited number of services. Users may complete a financial health check which indicates which areas of their finances they should be focussing on first and foremost.

Users will then have access to;

  • Financial Guidance in 8 core wellbeing areas including managing regular spending, savings, debt, retirement and pensions)
  • Access to telephone advice*
  • Introduction to our partner of choice for free mortgage advice

This package is introducing employees to MyEva only and does not include any bespoke journeys, management information or MyEva launch support for employers.

Foundation

£1.00 per employee, per month

Foundation is the next step up from our “Free Forever” package, designed for employers who wish to use MyEva as part of their employee wellbeing engagement programmes. This packages enables employers to utilise anonymised data from their employees using MyEva to benchmark (and track improvement) of financial wellbeing levels in their employee population over time with a personalised management information report (Finwell Report), which highlights areas their employees are most worried about to enable more focused and relevant financial wellbeing support.

Users will have access to;

  • Financial Guidance in 8 core wellbeing areas including managing regular spending, savings, debt, retirement and pensions)
  • Access to telephone advice*
  • Introduction to our partner of choice for free mortgage advice

Employers will have access to;

  • Bespoke Finwell Report (reviewed annually) ****
  • A proposed implementation programme to help drive engagement within the workforce.
  • Dedicated account management
  • Digital marketing support (posters, flyers, promotional material)

 Finwell

£1.80 per employee, per month*****

Finwell is our recommended package as it incorporates all the elements of the foundation package plus integration with an employer’s current pension provider and benefits platforms to facilitate a seamless experience for employees. This package also includes an ongoing (timeframe to be agreed with the employer) implementation and nudge programme to help drive engagement within the workforce.

  • Financial Guidance in 8 core wellbeing areas including managing regular spending, savings, debt, retirement and pensions)
  • Access to telephone advice*
  • Introduction to our partner of choice for free mortgage advice
  • Digital Advice for Pensions and ISA’s**

Employers will have access to;

  • A proposed implementation programme to help drive engagement within the workforce.

Finwell Gold

£3.90 per employee, per month*****

Finwell Gold is our is our premium MyEva package, designed for employers who are seeking the ultimate boost in financial wellbeing in their workplace, with long term results well into their employee’s future. This extensive package incorporates financial education, guidance and regulated advice across key areas of their finances. We believe education and guidance is invaluable when advice is unavailable, but when it is, you can expect to see the biggest difference in the long-term financial wellbeing of your employees.

Users will have access to;

  • Financial Guidance in 8 core wellbeing areas including managing regular spending, savings, debt, retirement and pensions)
  • Access to telephone advice*
  • Introduction to our partner of choice for free mortgage advice
  • Digital Advice for Pensions and ISA’s**
  • Retirement advice ***
  • Pension consolidation advice ***
  • Annual allowance check ***
  • Lifetime allowance check ***

Employers will have access to;

The small print

*Access to the service and initial consultation is free (max. 30 mins). Any advice given or activities incur additional charges.  All charges will be fully disclosed before commencement of any work

**Digital Pension advice applies to defined contribution schemes only.  Advice on defined benefit schemes can be accessed via the telephone advice service where additional charges apply.

***These services will be available for up to 5% of the employee population after which additional charges will be incurred.  Minimum subscription fee of £5,000 applies.

****Two Management Reports per annum. Minimum subscription fee as per 1 above.

*****Calculation based on number of employees at time of contract, reviewed annually or earlier if there is a 25%   increase in employee numbers. Minimum subscription for Foundation and Finwell is £2,500 per annum, Finwell   Gold is £5,000 per annum.

On-site support

• MyEva days are charged at £800 per day
• Targeted Finwell workshops are charged at £1,250 per day

Payment terms

• Subject to a minimum annual fee of £20,000
• Annual fees between £5,000 and £19,999, quarterly payments options are available
• Annual fees less than £5,000 payment is required at commencement of contract
